[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it installed, it's a smart tv and I had to learn how to get around and I think i'm good with what I found. First time for a smart tv. It is made in China, but what isn't these days. As I get more familiar with the divice the 4 star ratings could turn to 5 star. But for now i'm happy with giving it a 4 star rating. Thank you, and a good stock to own!

Purchased this TV for a small living room area, placed it on the wall. I've had it 5 months and I dont use this area much, but it keeps me entertained while I'm in the ajoining kitchen. It has a nice clear picture, and the speakers are clear. As being an avid Vizio consumer, and have purchased others previously, I'm satisfied so far with this purchase.

I just bought this tv 3 months ago. i only set it up about a month and a half ago and it is already glitching. i tried to get a replacement but its been too long they said they would only give me a $10 coupon. what am i supposed to do with $10 and a broken tv?

Disappointed in this item. I find that the software for smart tv and apps is limited, have to force manual updates to get back streaming apps (Apple TV) as they often dissapear after auto updates, or for no apparent reason. Spent hours online trying to figure out why it kept happening initially, and found that it was a common issue- though no one seemed to figure out how to get their Appletv back with manual update because initially tv says it's up to date. Can't find several streaming apps I'd like to have on tv in preselected options. Additionally, the apps take forever to load and are slow. Doesn't give you “Continue watching” feature from Home”. Screen quality is ok.

The TV itself works just fine. I was a bit skeptical when I received remote and batteries in a ziploc bag inside the box. I was even more surprised that the streaming apps came with people's username and passwords already logged in. I'm rather disappointed in the fact I purchased what I believed to be a new television, only to find out someone already test drove this one. Walmart please check your returned goods ASAP. I hope Wal-Mart will do what is right in this situation. I should receive a credit since normally the open box policy is discounted

purchased 1/2022 and now it's glitching, all of a sudden doing updates and smartcast unavailable "homescreen loading" but never does. disney remote button is the only thing that will take us anywhere, but have to relogin EVERYTIME, and everytime we turn TV on!

Poorly Designed

Garbage design if you don't plan on mounting to wall. The feet on the TV are poorly designed and make it wobbly. Multiple people have the same issue and honestly seems to be the case with multiple tvs of all brand's. I dont quite understand how these poor designs keep being released. not everyone wants to mount their tv to a wall.

it's an average tv when it comes to display however i've had it just over a year now and it drives me insane. it will randomly go into “store mode” for no reason, constantly makes me go through setup and the buttons lag when trying to change volume or make selections. needless to say if it's for a kids room it's probably fine but for any thing else i wouldn't buy it.
