Don't recommend this brand

I have two of these tvs and they both have the same problem, they will completely shut down and you need to restart the TV multiple times to even get it to turn on. I've had to do it three times today and I have had this TV less than a month. I thought maybe it was a glitch with my older one but nope this one does the same thing.

Great TV for the price

If you are subscribed to a lot of apps this is the tv for you because it has lots and lots of them (HBO,Starz, Netflix, Disney , etc) and as long as you have internet you can use it anywhere. .there is a live TV option with Vizio (mostly sports,news %26 a few entertainment channels not a lot) and Tubi …it is easy to download a remote on my phone if I lose the actual remote but only Con is : your phone has to be connected to the same WiFi as the TV to use the phone remote on Vizio Mobile and it acts up sometimes trying to use AirPlay but I love how clear it looks even when gaming , I can't wait to try Vizio other products .

Check your ports for compatibility!

I had to return this TV the next day after having it delivered. Could not determine on-line what type of ports for hml hookups (flat or round.) Went to store - no "out of box" model was on display. Nothing on sides of box (there used to be icons) to let you know types of hookups. Took a chance. These TVs used to have two ports to accomodate flat and round cable lines. Now - only one. Wrong one - only round and my hookup is flat. Whoever decided to remove printing the icons from the outsides boxes - to let you see what ports are on the TV backs - made a major consumer information mistake. I lost much time because of this.

Not like my old VIZIO

Not like my old VIZIO. It turns off on it's own. The numbers on the remote stop working after a few minutes of turning on, ie you have to use channel up and down to get to a channel. And it. Doesn't have a guide like any other smart tv. Debating if I should return it.

Decent TV for the money but nothing spectacular

Picture is decent but nothing spectacular. Sound is okay but again nothing spectacular. It is very slow loading apps and booting up. I find this super annoying but the TV was relatively inexpensive and I'll just have to live with it. You get what you pay for

Great Tv at good price! A Smart TV that has some channels already built in. Very nice looking and larger than I expected it to be. It was easy to set up. I recommend it because it's a good buy for a smaller TV. The only thing I forgot was to add my 4 year warranty for $30. which I going to do now. A very good buy with a clear picture.

Great tv, The free channels are cool too. Video games have really good graphics, All in all, for $200 this tv is well worth the cost. It gives you more than you paid for. The 10 mins of updates when i first plugged it in was annoying. But hey, Cost and quality, 10.

The tv freezes on me all the time and have to literally power off and start over. It constantly tells me my router isn't connected but it is. My other tv, phone, tablet, don't have any of these problems. This was a waste of money. No wonder it was on sale!

Almost perfect except the remote quit working the 2nd day my son used it. Thankfully he can access his apps through his Xbox but obviously can't adjust volume or even turn it off. No there aren't any buttons on the actual tv so it just stays on. All the time. I need to know how to get it working again.
