I am so sorry to hear the TV arrived damaged! VIZIO is committed to making sure that our televisions meet and exceed industry packaging certifications to avoid situations like this. Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim. Most shippers will allow you to file a claim and reimburse you for the cost of the television. Thanks!
