It is quiet and does the job. We dont have to worry about it jamming or getting too hot. We love it and would recommend it to everyone!!

I am amazed at how quiet this shredder is. It was my main reason for purchasing it. All it's other features are gifts.

Works perfectly for somewhat heavy home office use. Easy and safe to use, empty the bin, move as needed.

The product works as advertised. Started using the first day we got it. Have had no problems and does a great job of cross-cutting.

The shredder seems to work well, but the refuse basket is on the small side and doesn't have a way of easily using a trash bag liner.

this shredder is so low on the noise part i just love it. the feature of the safe guard is awesome so even my little daughter can use it

This product is great!! It shreds without jamming, it self corrects. Can shred CD's and credit cards without a problem.

I`ve only had it a week, but, it seems to be exactly what I wanted. I can put those full envelopes in and it chews them right up. No problem.

Arrived on tine as stated. It is quieter then our old shredder. it will shred about anything we have given it. I am happy with the purchase.
