I`ve only had it a week, but, it seems to be exactly what I wanted. I can put those full envelopes in and it chews them right up. No problem.

This product is great!! It shreds without jamming, it self corrects. Can shred CD's and credit cards without a problem.

We use it for home shredding. So far it works very well with no jams. Only complaint is that it fills up fast.

this shredder is so low on the noise part i just love it. the feature of the safe guard is awesome so even my little daughter can use it
