It is a very durable product. It can handle many sheets to shred and not get jammed. That is a very BIG PLUS to me. Easy to use and great safety features.

shredded a lot of personal files and old credit cards. went through everything like hot butter. looks good and operates good. i recommend it for any ones personal use. and best of all it is really quiet.

I am pleased with the function of the unit. High security means taking more time to process the pages to be shredded. The unit telegrams to me every thing I need to know about the process from installation to emptying the hopper.

I would like to tell everyone that a Fellows shredder is the best there is. I have used others and they didn't last. I work from home and use it daily.

This is a very capable shredder. Good solid construction and fairly quiet. It won't allow too much paper to be fed, so that won't become jammed. But as with most shredders it's a messy deal to empty.
