I am very pleased with the overall quality, ease of operation and quiet operation. I have found one very minor irritant. It is hard to start feeding small, fine paper such as credit card receipts, cash register receipts, etc.

This is absolutely the quietest shreder I've ever owned...and I've owned a bunch. Does a great job. Can't comment on durability since I've had it only a few weeks now. Performance is excellent.

This shredder is great to have deskside. It can handle shredding a good amount of paper at one time and it is also very quiet compared to some other shredders. It is also a great size for conserving desk space.

Appears to be an excellent machine. Quiet operation, love the cross cut shredding. Other features are helpful. One wish is that the tub capacity was larger. Pricey.

Went with store-brand shredders in the past. Never again. It's a whole different experience: quiet, dependable, quality parts. At an excellent price! Bonus!!

This shredder is great! I have pnly had it for 1 month but it does the job nicely. It shreds w/o jams and that includes credit cards. Godd quality construction and it is quiet!

paper basket to small have to empty to often. motor over heats to often does coll down quickly.basket does not catch all the paper shape of basket makes it a pain to empty without spilling paper everwhere.

I bought this shredder because we have a lot of items to shred and I was tired of buying on every year. I have had no problems what so ever and would highly recommend this model to any one. It is fast effecient and quiet.

I use this product for my home office. It's been reliable and strong. If I'm overloading, it has an obvious meter, but it takes a lot to do that. I love the confidence I have with this one compared to the ones I've had in the past.

Have owned other shredders, but none compare to quiet, smooth and efficient operation of the Fellowes PS-70Ci. Love the pull out catch basin. It even came with plastic bags for disposing shredded papers. Great for credit cards too. Awesome purchase.
