This unit has all the attributes of the perfect shredder - speed, reliability, jam free and in the perfect price bracket. I have unfortunately purchased other brand names prior to this unit and I now see I've got the best around.

I received product promptly as advertised. Shredder was well packaged and easy to set up. I have only had it for a couple of days, but am satisfied with convenience of use and easy of emptying the shredded material.

The machine works flawlessly. It can handle multiple pages easily and credit cards without skipping a beat. But it's best feature is the secure feeling I get when I use it. Nicely done!!!!

Quiet and efficient, with lots of nice features. Don't know yet about durability, but if it's like my old Fellowes shredder that won't be a problem. Only con - there should be a better way to keep the bag in place.

Great machine, exactly what we have been looking for. The price was exceptional and all the features are a big plus. Wish we hadn't wasted so much money on the others before we found this one.

This machine does everything it claims. It is neatly designed and very quiet compared to the previous shredder. This shredder needs to be oiled frequently and is shipped with a small plastic bottle of the recommended oil.

I'm very happy with my new shredder. It's a little expensive but you get what you pay for. The only problem I'm finding is the difficulty I'm having in ordering supplies. Hopefully I'll be able to figure this part out rather quickly.

I have had this shredder for 6 months or so and have yet to have a problem with it. It is very quiet and efficient. I just wish the bin was larger and held a plastic bag better.

This is the first Shredder i have purchased that incorporates any maintnance for it which is great! Makes sense to oil occassionally. So far no paper jams, moderate noise, we shred daily and are lost without one. Keep up the good work.

This is a terrific product - we should have bought this machine a long time ago instead of buying similar shredders made by other companies (cheaper versions that didn't hold up!)
