I really love this shredder. Our office has a lot of papers that have to be shredded on a weekly basis and this stredder does the job beautifully. It is dependable and very easy to use. Others in the office come in to use ours and it handles the work load with ease. I don't know what we did before...

I am amazed by the quietness of this product! I have used Fellowes for years and have loved the product, the predecessor to this one is a decade or so older and quite loud compared to this model. It also doesn't interfere with my computer display when I use it. I'll definitely consider upgrading the other one I have that I am going to return to my home. We had a Fellowes shredder for 11 years, so obviously we replaced it with another Fellowes shredder. This one is so much more quiet compared to the last one. I really like the safety features and the sleek look. It definitely fits into our office aesthetics. It handles shred jobs just as it had claimed in the product details. I would definitely recommend this product for small offices.

Solid, dependable machine that shreds quickly and quietly. I am very pleased with the jam-resistant feature. Although I was reluctant to buy a bigger machine than my last one, this was a smart move. More durable, easier to use, and can roll wherever I need to work. The drawer is much better for controlling mess and emptying the shredded paper than the machines that have the shredder directly over a plastic trash can. Drawer is very light, sometimes too light to slide easily back in, but this is very minor. SUPER happy with this purchase. Worth every penny!

my classroom uses this shredder everyday. It is very useful, practical. My students have autism and love to see the paper go down in the shredder. Plus the noise is constant, which autistic individuals like. The only thing that I don't like is it can only be used for about 12 minutes before it has to be shut down to prevent the motor from overheating.

I have had this shredder for 3 weeks now and it works wonderfully. Very quiet, shreds quickly, can handle several pieces of paper effortlessly, has never jammed. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this to a family member or a friend.

I like to make a purchase and be done with it. I want the product to last for several years after the purchase. A Fellowes shredder does the job, does the job well and it keeps on going and going and going...just give a little oil and that is all it requires. Thanks for a great shredder!

This is an excellent shredder. It is very quiet, shreds quickly and I especially like the Jam Resistance feature. If too many papers are put in at one time, it reverses itself and backs them out. I am very happy I purchased this product and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a very good shredder.

Replaces a ten year old Xerox Cross-Cut Shredder. It is remarkably quiet compared to the old one and so far has not hesitated to shred what I've put in. The jam proof feature actually refuses to begin the shredding process if you give more than the designed amount of paper. This limit is based on thickness of the stack so it really depends on the "weight" of the paper and not the number of sheets. If it last as long as the old one, then it's really quite a bargain.

I bought this as a replacement for a shreder that had quite, best decision i have made in a long time this Fellowes is one heck of a shreder. very quite you can not here it running if your in an other part of the house also the safe features is second to none. If you are looking to buy a shreder look at this shreder or it's bigger brother, you won't be sorry. I would buy it again.
