Very quite and works smoothly. It does everything the advertising claims!!!

I have purchased a few shredders, By far this is the best one.

I've only used it 4 times but it worked perfectly every time. Great product.

The only problem I've had with this shredder is that the automatic on/off no longer works.

I like my new shredder very much. It does the job I want to do without jamming and clogging up.
