Excellent unit, very pleased, We have these units at my place of work, That was the main reason I chose to puchase this unit for my home use.

Overall we are very pleased with this shredder, the only negative we have found it that the bin is rather small and needs to be emptied frequently.

Shredder is way too small, and the suggested oiling--every time the bin is emptied--seems a bit much.The bin is difficult to snap into place

I am so happy with the purchase of this shredder. The options are amazing, especially for the price. A major bonus is the quiet operation.

The shredder seems to work well, but the refuse basket is on the small side and doesn't have a way of easily using a trash bag liner.

MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THAT IT HEATS UP TOO FAST AND YOU HAVE TO STOP OPERATION FOR QUITE SOME TIME BEFORE YOU CAN START SHREDDING AGAIN.

Does everything it says it does. Quiet, smooth and so easy to operate. Does an excelent job of shreddding. Can't get any better than this. herbh
