I gave this five stars due to the fact that I know that they are delicious I've eaten them before. Unfortunately I didn't realize that buying this 6 lb can of the peanuts will only last for 3 days after opening. I bought this to eat at home and it's only two of us. So unfortunately I'm taking it back so not to waste money. The product itself is delicious I enjoy them and I recommend them.

These always come a little too undone. So I throw mine in my pressure cooker. Drain the can water, then fill with fresh water. It doesn't take a few minutes' cook time, but they taste like I fixed them fresh.

OMG! I love these. I told my nephew to try them. He and his wife did, but they didn’t like them. We all went out to eat and they had bowls of these on the tables. They sat there and watched me each them. He poked his wife and said, “that’s what we were doing wrong, we were eating the shells too!” I had to laugh. I asked him what other kind of nut did he eat with the shells on. I grew up on these. They are really good if you put some in a bowl and pop them into the microwave for a few minutes. Be careful, they will be hot. Be Southern, give them a try, but don’t eat the shells. They are good to suck on though.

I grew up in the south so I was brought up on these. I know its a big can and I knew it when I bought it but it doesn't last as long as you think it would. A husband and wife who are both true southerners will fight over the last few in the can. just means it goes back on the grocery list IMMEDIATELY.

Excellent alternative to the expensive gourmet nuts. They have limited ingredients so not so bad for you. Great for tailgating!

Large portion of peanut, best when reheated for awhile with fresh water and salt. Overall a good value and high quality.

Great peanuts. The peanuts are large, delicious and fresh. I have been buying these for years and years.

It cured my craving for a lil while and after a few my taste buds said it was a bit too salty but probably bc I should stop eating at that point. Over yummy!

Way too salty %26 not completely cooked: Drain, rinse, rinse again. Cook in fresh unsalted water, drain again %26 add fresh water, cook til desired tenderness. Perfect!
