The tv works good, but no matter what I do I can not get the picture light enough. I go through vivid to movies etc. none of the pre settings gets it light enough. No manual settings. Very disappointing. Also the picture is always blurry. On antenna or on cable. My wife wants to return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this T.V. because i owned an LG before , But the tv screen was damaged in an accident and i could not watch it very good , I also have a refridgerator that is an LG also, my t.v. is great so i also ordered a smart remote , Everything works with the smart remote except the volume control , I will findout why later but for now I am enjoying this set very much now to worry about that , my t.v. also has AI but I have not learned anything about that or have I found anything about AI on this T.V.for now I am very happy with my purchase .

I was able to quickly setup and there is no need of any bunch of wire connections which makes my living room look spacious. Everything I want to watch is available in the form of apps. It's a great TV. I really recommend to go for it.

The picture quality is great and can be enjoyed any where in the room. The fact that it has built in apps and is wi-fi enabled is a huge plus. This eliminates the need for a secondary streaming device.

This setup allowed me to get the product running well with no issues. After, setting up my specific desires for picture quality was simple and provided a picture quality above my expectations. Sound is acceptable for basic television viewing, While adding a video cable to surround sound have me my movie theater sound. Way happy with this product, 4th LG major purchase.

It fits perfectally on the mantle and is much more realistic picture than previous tv. It also has great sound 2 20 watt speakers( most were 10).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no problem setting up my 55” TV. I ordered the Magic Remote, but it would not register with my model. The website states that the TV is Google assistant ready, yet my GA has yet to recognize the TV. Perhaps more poking and settings. Otherwise, I am pleased with this beautiful picture, and if I can get the AI to work, I’ll add another star to my review.
