[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a refurbished LG 55UK6500AUA 4K AI ThinQ 55" Smart TV to primarily use as my PC monitor, for A/V editing of my video Creations. My right eye is missing from a car accident in 2009 & I still cannot comprehend the 4k Video quality TO THIS DAY! It literally looks more real to see on the TV, than if I would be seeing it in real life. Fact. The processing speed of switching through settings and video apps using the remote, or what I prefer- my Note 10+ is unbelievable. It's time to EDIT SOME AUDIO & VIDEO NOW! THANKS LG!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for about two weeks. I'm sorry I didn't get the next level up or a TV with 240 motion. The sound is good so no problems there. I think in some situations the picture could be better. I have adjusted the settings and have made it a little better but TVs are harder to adjust than old TVs. In the stores they always look much better than at home. All amnd all I guess this will be a good tv.

I bought this tv 6 weeks ago and it is the worst purchase I have made. It won’t turn on half the time, if it does “turn on” the screen is just black. So I have to restart it and pray it actually turns on. I never knew it would be so difficult to watch a tv. I don’t recommend anyone buy this television. Not worth the hassle!

This TV has great features but some I still haven’t figure them out. I’ve looked at the instructions and still cannot do it. One day the audio didn’t wanna play. I Spent a few days without turning it on to see if it reset itself. It did, but I still don’t know what happened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, a great picture and good sound. I run into buffering issues sometimes where I get a spinning wheel on the screen. Sometimes the picture is absent when this happens. I switched from wi-fi to a direct ethernet connection, it helped but did not completely resolve the issues. I use DSL with a 50Mbps download speed which is more than sufficient for gaming and even good wi-fi connections on smaller TVs that are farther away than this from my modem. Perhaps, it is due to the amount of info needed to generate the picture.

I recommend it to anyone who wants a TV that’s big, but not overwhelming. Durable enough during a recent move with no issues. Just perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the most pleasant surprise about the TV is the seamless integration of over-the-air broadcast channels and internet channels as discreet separate channels. right after that feature on my list of favorite things about the LG is the in-TV listing of channels and programming including upcoming shows. the remote gives me quick access to both off these features. this is a real 21st-century device

It’s taking a little while to get used to the picture, it almost looks too real. It was easy to set-up and we used some of the set-up recommendations listed in other reviews. We’ve only had it a couple of weeks. Time will tell, but so far we are pleased with our purchase and the price was right.
