[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a couple of months ago, after my not-so-old Samsung decided to play dead. I'm not at all technical and I haven't figured out how to use all the features. I'm rather afraid to move anything from where it is set to allow me to get things from the antenna so that I could try things like Prime Video. I fear I'll never find my way back to the antenna. I really wish that somebody who knows how to run these things would come in the box with the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace a 4K Visio TV that only lasted 3 years. I cannot believe the difference in technology in such a short time! The picture quality is far superior to the Visio, as are the available apps. Sound quality is good, but I have a separate sound bar that augments the built in speakers. Set up was easy and fairly quick. I highly recommend this model if you are looking for a 43"!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have been very happy with our purchase and we love this product. That being said here are things that we do not like but did not affect our star rating: - daily we dislike the fact that the top freezer draw does not come out to the door but stops prematurely due to short slide tracks and therefore limit access. - the cold drawer in the refrigerator section is the full width of the fridge requring both doors to be FULLY OPEN to gain access. It should be split like veggie draws. - initially the doors had a cam lock as part of the lower hinge that was intended to keep them closed or prevent closure of one door from causing the other to open. Instead it was common that the doors would not close by themselves or even with a gentle closing push. I removed the plastic cam by taking its retaining screw out and that fixed the problem...over engineering as closing one door has never caused another to open and remain open.

My son loves it! His other TV quit and I replaced it with this one. The picture is great and when using Netflix's it's Awesome. The movies are shown in 4K. He mainly uses it for his PS4. Sound quality is great for his room. I'm very happy with this purchase and we will purchase another one soon.

I like best the access to the magic remote, which allows to control many other devices and includes voice control, allowing to move away from my old harmony remote. the AI ThinQ technology seems to be moving forward with keeping up with new technology coming in the future.

The Clear Voice audio setting alone makes this TV worth buying. We decided no sound bar needed this time. Sleek silver frame. Great picture. Easy controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new LG 4K TV. I was looking for a new tv that wasn’t bomber the top, but had a great picture and decent sound. All my current TVs in my home are LG so I really trusted the brand. This one didn’t disappoint! It has a nice picture and sound and nice features. I also bought the magic remote and love it with this tv. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to the wildfire in Paradise I had to start all over again. this set had a fair price so I bought it and have enjoyed it so far. Setting it up was a little sophisticated but I was able to get the picture up and running even though it was not synced properly with Xfinity's box as the setup program did not list the Xfinity box. The situation was corrected with the Xfinity TV control and the on screen step-by-step on screen prompts to pair the TV to the Xfinity box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good TV my only issue is that when you are playing video games and a screen is loading but black the tv doesn’t know wha to do and begins to flicker. I usually open menu or switch during loading to avoid issues
