It's easy to get too much if you twist the bottom too quickly. I feel like I have to wait a minute for it to dry before butting my shirt on. It's a decent product I just don't like gel

This would be great to use before a run or any cardio workout. The completely clean sun is very refreshing and I like how it uses pH bouncing minerals. The clear gel is nice And keeps you odor free all day. I think this is a good value for the money.
