With the other regular type brush before, l typically poke my gums especially when I'm in a rush, this iO brush won't do that because the head is little and the vibrations will be felt pretty good either you brush lightly or hard. It can easily be guided to the very back of my teeth and makes them feel fresher and cleaner.
