We live 9 hours away from Rochester, MN. After multiple trips back and forth since February, it was determined health issues need to be addressed thus we became residents since May. Our tire were giving us problems with the wear and tear of the many trips we've had to make. We went in to Joe's, given immediate attention! Thus we were given quotes, accepted Bridgestone. The tires were ordered and several days later hooray! We had new tires to head home 9 hours away! Zach treated us with professionalism, patience, and was friendly, taking the time to answer our questions! Give the man a bonus! He is a keeper! I bought ALENZA AS ULTRA 265/50R20 as replacement for original ECOPIA H/L 422 PLUS. With Ecopia I had 69.000 miles at time of replacement, could do couple more K but did not want to push the limit as they were rated to last up to 70K miles. Alenza so far has really good comfort ride, it is more quiet than Ecopia, provide good stability and so far, I am happy with performance and buy. Drove a little bit on snow and tire had good traction, I hope Alenza to last at least as previous tires I had. The only reason why is getting 4 star and not 5 is that my mileage per gallon went down about 15-20%.

Have driven 40k on this set of tires got 30k out of the ecopias. Very cushioned ride. At first they seemed noisier than the ecopias but the ecopias were extremely quiet. Either way doesn't bother me now and I'm impressed with wear I think I can get 50k which is great for a tire on the Highlander.

i have the Alenza Ultra on both vehicles. i thought i should have gotten a few more miles out of these tires with a 80000 warranty . i did get 65000 miles out of them. i decided to give them another try. My other vehicle is a GMC 1500 with Alenza Ultra but are 275/60/R20.

Just replaced original Bridgestone Alenza on my Highlander. Hoping I get more than 32k miles with new Alenza AS Ultra. No problems with ride or comfort but disappointed with mileage on originals. I'm trusting Bridgestone to deliver with the AS Ultra.

When I needed tires for my Traverse I shopped around for price, available and good shop. I found them through Tiresplus and with their help they found them at a Firestone service center that is partnered with them. They went through the tires and all the extras I want with the tires. They mounted the tires on my rims and they was fast on doing so. I have done business with TiresPlus for years and they have never disappointed me ever.

With an 80K treadwear rating this tire is the worst performing tire I've ever owned. Despite rotating the tires every 5 to 6K miles and keeping them properly inflated, they will not make 30K miles before requiring replacement. Traction and comfort are OK, but nothing special. Without question this will be my last set of Bridgestone tires.

I purchased Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra my 3rd set of tires. My daily driver a F150 Limited with 275/45R22 v rated tires. The tire selection for my truck is minimal without going oversized. When I purchased my vehicle factory tires were Pirelli Zeros they only lasted about 38,000 miles. My 2nd set of tires I purchased Michelin Premier LTX 60,000 mile tire lasted almost 48,000 miles before the tread was @ 3/32nd and needed replacement. I was nervous purchasing a new style of tire with limited reviews. After driving for 3000 miles ( about 3 weeks) the Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra ride is much quieter and smoother than the Perelli's and the Michelin's. The Bridgestones Alenza AS Ultra have a very nice looking sidewall and tread pattern. Also important to preform in all weather. So far great dry performance and wet road traction plus stopping. I have not driven in the snow yet! I live in Dallas Texas area no snow yet this year. Hopefully the tires last close to 80,000 miles. If so I'll purchase again.

Tires Plus, Thank you for replacing the worn tires on my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan (GT) with these new Alenza AS Ultra tires. We did not expect these tires to make such a difference in our driving experience - but they have! My wife and I both agree that these tires are so much quieter than previous tires. Plus, they provide a significantly much smoother ride. We are actually looking forward to our next family road trip and expect that these tires will certainly make the trip more enjoyable. Bought these tires after my continentals wore out. I have only driven on the, 17,000 miles and they are rated for 80k. They didn't even last 25% of their rated mileage. They were good in the rain. But since wearing out so quickly and shuttering towards the end of their life, I would definitely not recommend these tires to anyone. I just drive to and from school, errands and basic driving and they only lasted such a short mileage and they are not cheap either. When I asked about credit from the Warranty for the fast burn out, they gave me $150 off total!! a joke really
