You are always taking a huge chance buying sushi from a grocery store, but I like to try new things at Sam's because I've found some gems mixed in with the oh NO what possessed me to try this mishaps. This, sadly, was the latter. I opened it soon after my delivery arrived after I put everything away...the crunch things aren't tempura, but onion flakes, like you might put into your thanksgiving green bean caserole. Ok, weird, but I gave it a chance, and nope, not as good or even close to tempura. That overwhelmed everything else. Otherwise, instead of 2 stars I might give it 4, ok grocery sushi in a pinch. Pricing is around the same as anywhere else for same amount, so no big savings, and their "twist" on crunch shrimp rolls...well, not for me, YIKES! I never ask for my money back just because I don't like something, but if the description told you that they used onion flakes instead of Tempura, buyer would be warned...I feel ripped off here, but I only ask for money back if the food is literally inedible, this was just unpleasant, but not spoiled or not fresh etc.
