Poor quality

Poor quality after time

I purchased these pans last year and at first they were great. Each of the fry pans are trashed and the non stick coating is gone. I have taken care of these pans. I contacted customer support and they cannot help me because I am no longer a member.

Does not work with induction

I purchased these in May and just got to use them in my new home for the first time… unfortunately they do not work with my stove top! And I can’t return them because I purchased them too long ago.

Great Set!

I bought this a month ago and so glad I did! I love everything about them. They are easy to clean, food doesn't get stuck, and the sizes are perfect. I especially love the steamer basket. Highly recommend!

love this set

Have for 3 months use daily. Best in class. No chips, no scratches, and definitely non stick. I ONLY use wood utensils. Very easy to clean . Highly recommend

they chip

I really liked the style, can’t beat the price and the cooking is great. BUT they are chipping so much on the exterior. I wished I would of bought the gray and maybe the chipping would be less noticeable (bought off white)

Don't waste your money

These are beautiful, but they stick, and after getting them, I regret not just buying a better quality set, so I'm not having to buy a new set every year. I'm afraid I will be replacing these soon. I'd buy another brand.

Besides, here are some tips for you to maintain the nonstick performance. 1) Use it on low to medium heat consistently. 2) Prevent sudden temperature changes (Thermal Shock) on the pots, pans and lids. 3) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 4) Hand washing recommended although dishwasher safe. Don't Waste Your Money

This pans are fine, but not anything special. Do yourself a favor and spend the little extra for the anodized aluminum pans instead of these. The difference is night and day. We were not happy with these!

You get what you pay for

The smaller pan has brown scaly things that don't heat up any more, it also took its non-sticky layer with it. I use these on induction cooktops and thought these were high quality but one of the pans was unusable after 6 months.

not so good

Got these as a gift from my husband in april. They are chipping and food is starting to stick to pans. I have taken very good of them to start falling apart.

Since aluminum provides excellent conductivity and delivers even heat distribution, high heat is unnecessary. The use of high heat can permanently discolor and reduce the durability of the cookware. 2. Selecting proper burner size, so heat touches the bottom of the cookware and does not climb up the side walls. 3. We recommend carefully placing pans on and off because sliding across metal stovetops may damage the cookware base.
