I have used these for 3 months and they’re chipping. I love the look and ceramic coating as it’s healthier than Teflon. I have hand washed them only, I will be returning them because if they’re chipping after only a few months they’re not worth the money.

I was so excited about these pans. Was stoked they said dishwasher safe. I fully understand that hand washing makes a difference for the life of kitchen ware, but I did not see the part where it said BUT HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED. Had I seen that, I would not have bought these. I bought in November and starting using it after the new year. Now, after a few months in, the small pans sticks terribly when trying to make scrambled eggs, the finish is coming off on both the outside and inside, and the gold color is gone. It now looks like a dull silver. I had the hopes I would have this set for years. For the cost, especially. I wish I had just kept my stainless set. This has turned into a waste. I will have to replace within the next year or so most likely.

These pans are beautiful, but the cream color stained from propane cook top. Not sure if all the good reviews are using electric cook tops or not. After one use on propane cook top these look like junk! The food also sticks worse than cheaper sets.

I have refreshed the Sams Club page for these pots over a million times trying to score the cream. Unfortunately that has not happened YET but was able to score the blue. Absolutely beautiful pots and will still try to score the cream and have both after seeing the other brands ad.

I bought this set when I moved into our new house, Oct 2022. I have been using them regularly and usually hand wash them. I love the thickness of the pans and have had no trouble with things sticking but I would not buy them again and would not recommend them to anyone. I started noticing the coating was chipping off around the top edge on my pots that I have stacked. Then I noticed the non-stick coating is chipping off inside the sauce pan. I haven't noticed it happening yet on the skillets. It's a beautiful set but will not last and it's not exactly a throw away price. I paid a little more thinking I would get better quality. I don't want any of the coating getting into our food so I have one less sauce pan. HomeGoods, here I come. Probably should have purchased them from there in the first place.

This pot and pan set is wonderful! I was looking for a cheaper version than the popular name brand set and this is perfect. I noticed a lot of complaints on here about the quality of the set as well as different dishes sticking to the pots and pans. I think that some of the complaints are due to individuals not taking the time to read the instructions prior to first using the set. It states that you should wash them with warm water, dry them thoroughly, season them with an oil of your choice similar to what you would do with a cast iron set, allow them to cool completely, and rinse them again with warm water and soap. I think if you do this and you never use at a temperature higher than medium you should be fine. It’s also important to know your stove, some people might say medium is a level five and under while others may have to cook at a level six and so forth. There are also several other “do not’s in the care instructions. None of which were absolute deal breakers for me. Ultimately, I have not had any issues with the set. If you’re interested in purchasing I’d encourage you to buy and try it out for yourself.

The pans are easily wearing the color on the bottom of the pan all over my electric stovetop. The eyes on the stove are ruined & the handles are no better. They get stupid hot and I have to use mittens from now on from burning myself. Easy to wash but stains easily.

I will start with the positives. They are beautiful. I love the gold accent and the Navy is just beautiful. They cook beautifully. They don’t stick and are easy to clean. I thought I had found my dream cookware! Now where the disappointment comes in is that I have owned these 3 months. They are chipping and scratching like crazy. The outside around the edges and the lids seem to be chipping the worst! The inside where the cooking surface has started to chip away as well. I am the only one in my home that cooks with these as well as the only one who washes them. I use only wooden and silicone utensils when cooking. I wait until they have cooled off before putting in water. I have babied this set as I wanted them to last but even with as careful as I am, they have not lasted! I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what is happening!

I bought this set based off of reviews on here and I am very thankful I did. My mom and I both love it! It looks gorgeous (I’ve only had it for a month of almost daily use, and I haven’t noticed any chipping on the exterior or interior) and it is truly non stick. It cleans up beautifully too. I have been babying it to be honest, due to the reviews saying it chips but so far so good.

Finally scored a cream set a couple of months ago, and they are gorgeous! Seasoned properly, they cook well and the nonstick is easy to clean. However, after multiple times a day use on my fry pan, I will say that it now makes perfect sense to me why cream is not a common color in cookware. The bottom portion of the pan is now more of a yellow, and the ceramic is chipping and wearing in places. I never wash them while hot. I use barkeepers friend and a nonabrasive cloth, and they have never been in the dishwasher. All this to say, for light cooking, these are great! They are stunning to look at. But if you intend to use them heavily, I would either look elsewhere or get a darker color (though I suspect you will still have to contend with chipping and wear on the ceramic coating). If you proceed with the cream, just have managed expectations as to how they will look after a couple of months of wear.
