Learning Required but then It's Great!

The cookware is great! It takes a little bit of "getting use to it". No high heat and no metal utensils are allowed. It cleans very easily sometimes with just a paper towel and a quick once over with the dish rag.

Great set

Very happy with my purchase. I almost bought the Caraway brand but decided to try this first to save some money. So far I think it’s a great dupe. I only use silicone utensils and let the pans cool all the way before washing. They clean up nicely.

Horrible pans

I bought this pan barely a month ago and it already looks completely ruined. The surface is scratched, stained, and discolored like it's been used for years. I followed all care instructions, used soft utensils, and hand washed only, yet it still looks terrible. Food sticks badly and cleanup is a nightmare. Very disappointed in the quality, especially for the price. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Not great for induction

Beautiful set aesthetically, but took forever to boil water, heat, fry, or cook anything on my induction cooktop. It just doesn't magnetically connect well with induction. So l, exchanging this set for the $249 tramontia stainless set that has much better reviews for induction cooking.

Nice set for short term use

It's a beautiful set, and I love the smaller stock pot. I receive lots of compliments on it. They washed really easily in the beginning. I have now had them 2.5 years. I wanted to do all I could to ensure these lasted. I purchased a storage rack for them so they each have their own shelf in my cupboard to avoid nesting them. I've only used silicone or plastic utensils, and I handwash them with a soft sponge. I also never cook on more than a medium heat. Despite this, the outside has gotten dinged easily, first noticing this a few months in. Also, the inside of the pans I use the most are worse for wear and have been in need of being replaced for at least 6 months. The inside has small chips and gashes, as well as doscoloring. It's a nice set, as long as you are careful with them and plan to replace in a couple years.

6 Month Review of These Pans - Not So Great

They worked great for about 6 months. We use the 8" pan a lot for eggs and initially it was very non-stick. However, that began to change and now eggs, even with butter, stick. We always hand washed with non abrasive pads and never had the pan > medium heat, and always used some oil or butter. They were cheaper so we're not expecting greatness, but 6 months is a pretty short lifespan.

Members mark ceramic cookware set review

I cooked sausage in the small pan sit down had breakfast when the pan cooled tried to clean it and it would not come clean. I let it soak for a week and I've even put easy off oven cleaner on it and it's still will not come clean I searched for weeks to try to find the right cookware set and this is the one I felt would be perfect for my needs. If I've known this was going to happen I would not have purchased.

Beautiful for a little while

Set is beautiful for the first few months. Then slowly but surely they become discolored on the outside and leave staining on both inside and out. The nonstick coating is also starting to peel. I only handwash them and take very good care but they no longer look very nice after a year.

Excellent functionality, a few cosmetic issues

Overall, I love these pans! They are an excellent nonstick pan that doesn't have teflon. They are super easy to clean and I love that they're half the price (or less) than the designer brands. My two complaints are purely cosmetic and have nothing to do with how they work. They scratch super easily so you have to be careful with storage, cleaning, what utensils you use, etc. I also got the cream color pans which are beautiful but can stain if you cook with things like turmeric. I was able to get the stains out, but definitely something I didn't anticipate-probably wouldn't be an issues with the darker colors. From what I've heard the issues with staining and scratching are common to all ceramic pans and just something you have to be aware of when you make the switch. I still highly recommend these pans if you are looking to switch to ceramic. They are super affordable and high quality!

This is for asthethic looks, not for every day use

This set is beautiful to look at, I won't deny that. We're a blue-collar home with three Pomskies, and our kitchen gets sun year-round, so black kitchenware isn't practical — dust shows instantly. I chose the cream-colored pans with gold handles. Elegant? Yes. Durable for heavy daily use? Absolutely not. Before fully committing, I tested a single pan to see if I liked it. I used the recommended heat setting (low to medium). After about 10 minutes of slowly warming the pan, yellow flaws started appearing under the coating. At first, I thought it was my eyes. After cooking, I let the pan come to full cooling temperature. About an hour later, while washing dishes, vacuuming, and mopping, I hand-washed the pan with a sponge (no dishwasher — we use ours as a drying rack because of limited counter space). I dried it and set it on a towel on the counter next to the sink. After finishing, I turned on every bright light in the kitchen, and my boyfriend checked it thoroughly top to bottom. He also found more yellowing. He has experience painting cars and as a mechanic, so he knows how coatings should hold up and can spot flaws if the prep was done incorrectly — this was clearly too thin. Over the same week, I tried the other pans, spaced out, after washing and drying them carefully. Every single pan showed similar flaws under the coating, despite using only silicone spatulas, ladles, and spoons. The pans come with lids, which is useful, but that's the only positive. They scratch easily, cannot be stacked, and require constant gentle handling. I cook every day and handle cookware carefully, but this set is not made for real daily use. It's fine for occasional cooking or for kitchen aesthetics, but if you cook large meals, prep multiple dishes, or have limited cabinet space, this set is not practical. This is my third Sam's Club cookware set in 20 years, and despite the gaps, nothing has improved — thin coating, easily scratched, not truly nonstick. My Marshall's ceramic cookware, nearly ten years old, outperforms these hands-down. Beautiful? Yes. Durable? Absolutely not.
