This Champion 4250 watt inverter will be used for emergency backup just in case. Champion has paid attention to detail and provided very good instructions, warranty, support and what appears to be a well made product for a competitive price. Break in was easy with no problems. Good job Champion. I would recommend this inverter to anyone who is in the market for one.

It was such lighter and smaller than I thought it was going to be. It started on the second pull. I have it running right now outside and I can barely hear it. Plus my neighbors haven't come over to complain yet. I'll be changing the oil after 5 hours and then putting synthetic oil in it. Maybe it'll run even more quiet.

This inverter generator is perfect for medium duty use for emergencies and remote power use. We needed a simple solution for light to medium use and we wanted to run on propane. (Right now $2.51/gallon delivered propane vs $4.75 for gas I have to fetch). It started immediately out of the box and is noticeably quieter than other generators ive used in the past. It runs 2 refrigerators our gas stove (with electronic control) and our tv/internet/phone chargers. I gave it 4 stars only because the unit we received had some scratches on the frame and looked like a returned unit. Other than that I am delighted.

This is my third champion generator, this one is to run my camper. The last 2 run tank heaters in water tanks that are too remote to have power ran. The first finally wore out around 3000 hours, it just got tired, but still does work. They run for days at a time in the winter, never a hiccup. Hopefully this one continues to impress.

I bought this generator for the Par A Link feature for use with another Champion generator. We recently upgraded our RV and needed a few more extra watts for the second AC. They work great linked together with the 50 AMP Parallel Kit. I run non ethanol gas so it doesn't matter how long they have been sitting, they always start 1 pull. Thanks Champion for making an affordable quality product.

My second Champion Generator, I have a portable 2500W Invertor which has been excellent. This 4500W model came well packed, with easy to read instructions. After removing the packaging and filling with and gas, started 2nd pull. Noisier than my portable generator, but acceptable.

Purchased this to take the place of my RV generator so as not to run up a lot of hours. I also purchased this for the weight factor and running watts. The weight is about 75 Lbs which is ok for a man my age (69) and the size is also good as I don't need to remove from the bed of my truck when I get to where I going. I have it run on ECO mode all the time but it doesn't get the hours claimed for run time. I have a friend who also purchased this unit after he tried a Yamaha and a Predator and found they could not handle his microwave. I would not have recommended Champion if it failed to run things in my coach. I gave it only 4 stars due to the DB's being louder than I would like. One last thing, this unit starts real easy.

I purchased this product for my 30 foot 5th wheel camper. I only did the break in on this so far, but am very happy with the power and noise level. My camper has 3 slides and a 15,000 btu air conditioner. I ran the air conditioner for 4 hours without shutting it down. Very hot that day. Generator performed great. It was a little less than 50% load and used maybe two gallons. Only weighs 75 pounds so it is easy to move around. I look forward to camping with this.
