The breading used to be a "flaky coating" where you actually had to cook it or deep fry. This is chicken nugget food.

Great tasting shrimp at a great price. Larger size shrimp in a nice bread crust. Ample quantities separated into 2 sealed bags. Cook what you need and save the rest. No hassle with trying to clean. Just pop in oven and enjoy.

This is the best frozen breaded shrimp I have ever eaten! The pieces are huge. I cooked them in the air fryer and it was quick and easy to go from frozen to ready to eat in only minutes.

Another terrible product from Aqua Star. Appears to be an imitation shrimp on the inside. Rubbery on the inside, but the outside batter is pretty good.

These are really great when you just want a few shrimp without having to leave your home. They are light & tasty but make sure they are cooked properly so they don't feel "bready". Overall great purchase.

These have been a very tasty addition to our dinner menu, for sure. It's divided into 2 bags. 20 minutes in the oven. Very crispy. Comes with a good sauce. Not greasy like take-out. Hubby and I get 4 to 6 meals out of each box. A regular on our shopping list.

I did not love these. The breading gets quite hard around the edges regardless of how you cook them. I put them, frozen, in the Air Fryer at 370 for 10 minutes and they cooked well but I could not get past how hard the breading was. I tried cooking them for 8 minutes from frozen but it was, for me, too short of a cooking time to be confident they were well heated through out and the breading was still hard. I will not purchase these again.

Aqua Star Butterfly Shrimp is a five star in my book. I put some in an air fryer and they turned out amazing. Nice and crunchy and I didn’t have to turn on oven or deep fry. They will definitely be added to my list for reorder. Hopefully Sam’s club will keep this brand in stock.
