Love This Shrimp!

My family and I really enjoy these shrimp! What I like best is that the preferred method of cooking is in the oven. No deep frying required. I will definitely buy this product again and I recommend it. We thought the shrimp were large and meaty. I actually remembered to write this review because I came back to the site to order again!

Edible

This brand is OK, but not as good as the previous Members Mark and more expensive too. They have a white breading that comes off in chunks and you have to over cook it to make it turn brown, so it sorta looks raw if cooked right. I usually fry it in olive oil, but sometimes bake in oven and this apparently is for frying only. Marginal flavor, so I probably won't buy again.

Excellent Quality

My family loves this shrimp! It comes with two packages of around 30z One package per meal for us fills us up with a couple of side dishes. So one box is two meals. I fry it in olive oil in my big wok and if there is any leftover, I use my air fryer. This shrimp goes really well with a side salad and baked potato. I highly recommend this shrimp. Yum!

Big and so tasty!

This was the first time I purchased this product and wow! These are what butterfly shrimp should look like. I generally buy the name brand of butterfly shrimp that is sold in the supermarket and by far, these are the best ever! I wasn't sure how much they would shrink in the air fryer so I fixed 5 of the shrimp with a few french fries and that filled me up. They are so tasty; I hope Sam's continues to keep them in stock.

Good, but not for me.

I only found frying as a good way of cooking them rather than just putting it in the oven and setting a timer: one star off Only half the house would eat them: they have corn products, and here that's an allergen: another star So while they were good, the required attention to cooking and the allergen made this a no go for us. Like some others, I liked SeaPak, (which unfortunately is not longer a choice) which didn't have these drawbacks.

GREAT SHRIMP!!!

These shrimp are not all battered up. A very light crispy coating on it,and the shrimp are jussy inside, and have a good mild flavor to them.. It doesn't have a sauce with it, but its easy to make one up quick. Like a cocktail sauce, or whatever you want. PLEASE SAM'S KEEP THIS ONE IN YOUR STORE!!!! p.s.Works great in the air fryer.

Breading was very thick and hard to crisp up, even in the air fryer.
