The smart interface is responsive and intuitive, making it easy to access all my favorite apps. Sound quality is also surprisingly rich without needing a soundbar. Setup was straightforward and user-friendly. Overall, it’s a fantastic upgrade for any home entertainment setup.

Samsung brings out the best in picture quality and viewing cravings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Samsung TV's, our old one had an issues and was replaced under manufacturers warranty and replaced with this model. With our old TV, when you hit the home menu, you could easily choose the app you want. With the new Neo TV, you have a lot of stuff to go through and it isn't as user friendly. If there was a way to change the home screen to the prior version, this TV would be 5 star, absolutely amazing. With the new home screen, it knocks it down to 3 stars. Samsung should go back to making it simple and more user friendly for the home screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only owned Samsung TVs for my entire adulthood and each has served me well. I just replaced my 9 year old Samsung with a new NeoQLED and it's definitely been worth it so far. The picture is good, almost great in many cases. I think where it isn't great is likely just due to the Streaming Service and internet connection. The AI customization and mobile calibration are both really nice, along with all the extra, manual adjustments that can be made. The speakers are actually great for TV speakers, and cloud gaming is brand new for me so... that's pretty exciting. There is some lag but, again, that's likely the internet connection as much as it might be TV related.

The quality, picture, features, specs, apps, etc has everything you want and then some. It's honestly the best purchase I ever made on a TV or any electronics ever. I highly recommend it.

Plenty of streaming apps, all the major ones are on there and a few I haven't heard of but I will be trying out Ambient mode is great for background noise when you are having people over or just working around the house The only thing I wish had a bit more utility is the daily board feature, I really like having the days weather and music but the other apps are lackluster. Perhaps maps so I can see how my daily commute will be, an ai that can summarize news head lines, or anything that can give information about my day. I mainly use the daily board in the morning when I'm getting ready and I think I has great potential hopefully it can get a bit more attention. Overall the tv is amazing and completely blew past any expectations I had when I purchased the tv

I purchased this TV primarily so I could easily access streaming services. Unfortunately adding additional apps to the home menu is very difficult if not impossible with this TV. So far I’ve been able to add the services but can’t add an icon for easy selection, I must do a search each time. All that said, the picture is beautiful and vibrant. Remote is easy to use once you learn it and the sound is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was originally looking down the path of an OLED TV when I came across the QN90D QLED in Consumer reports. It was rated right up along side OLED in picture reproduction and black levels. I went to store and took a look and was not disappointed. This gives you all the black level reproduction of an OLED but without the sacrifice of having to view in a dark room. Likewise I absolutely love the Q-Symphony integration for sound output. All in all a great TV and highly recommend!

The quality on the TV is phenomenal, and the graphics are just as stunning, with the additional setting allowing you to make any minor adjustments, makes owning and watching this TV the best thing ever.. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.
