I have a large living room so I went with the 85" and love it in this space. The Ultra Viewing Angle is one of my favorite features. While cooking in the kitchen on the side, I can still see the whole picture. And I considered a sound bar and chose not to get one. And DON'T need one! The 60watt 4 speaker system fills my living room with sound. If you are looking for a quality tv...this is it.

I recently upgraded to the Samsung QN90D, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This TV delivers stunning picture quality, incredible brightness, and deep contrast that make everything I watch look spectacular. The Movie Image setting is absolutely incredible—it enhances the cinematic feel without making the picture look artificial. The HDR performance is top-tier, with vivid colors and excellent black levels, even in a bright room. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning blooming or motion issues, but I haven’t encountered anything distracting so far. In fact, I plan to test the same footage from a recent review to see if I can replicate any of the concerns, but as of now, my experience has been flawless. Gaming is another highlight—low input lag and smooth motion make it perfect for next-gen consoles. The mini-LED backlighting ensures crisp details, even in fast-paced scenes. Overall, the QN90D is a game-changer for home entertainment. If you’re considering an upgrade, this is 100% worth it. Highly recommended!

This is our 4th Samsung TV and we are enjoying it daily, the large and vivid screens takes a bit getting used to. One thing we find sub standard is the remote, it does not equal the quality of the television, seems almost cheap. The button feel and command control are not equal to the TV features and quality. Our previous remotes had many features and access points which this remote does not. Now we find ourselves searching for a suitable remote to control our TV and sound bar.

As with all Samsung tvs, it does saturation well - I prefer the hyper-realism feel to that of a flat colored other brand. Especially for gaming. The built-in speakers do a great job. The smart tv features are plentiful. But the problem areas are two - one, the smart tv is slow. Like click something, wait a really long time for it to do something, hit another button, wait. It feels like it takes forever to get an app up and running. Second, the screen is great, but it isn't super special either, I don't feel like it's got a major upgrade from anything. When running older content, like from a DVD, it just gives me a pixelated and/or blurred feel to it too. Stretching the screen out to this full size just seems to emphasize particles and video "noise". Even when streaming old content through the apps, it just stands out even more that the video quality is poor. I feel like it could have had better handling of older film so that it wasn't so obviously lower in quality, some sort of clarity filter or something would have been nice. I still love the TV though, I'm a die-hard Samsung TV fan and always will be. But yeah....those two things are a bit of a bummer, but the rest is great.

I purchased the TV 4 months ago. My rating is basically due to the OS and lack of applications that I needed (Dish Anywhere). I was not able to connect my Vizio Atmos soundbar for the complete experience. The device has a very good picture and color.

Through hours of research, it became clear that the Samsung series was top rated amongst many websites and people alike. I could not be more satisfied with the purchase, and feel comfortable knowing that for once, I am ahead of technology undercutting me, at least until 8k starts shooting as such. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a bright picture, this is it. We have to turn the brightness way down or it's almost too much unless it's midday with sun shining in. I guess better than the alternative! Have some problems others have mentioned about the volume going soft then loud... Terrible remote design, no way much UX was done here? SPORTS ARE ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!

I was originally frustrated with this TV as the standard settings do not work well with standard TV signals. Tried our cable company TV box as well and not good. Turns out you really need to adjust the video settings to make it work with traditional TV. Bluray and Netflix looked great out of the box. Happy now but almost returned the TV because of this issue. I guess I’m a fossil for still using Satellite TV for my main viewing but it even stumped everyone in the store as well. In the end very happy with it now that it is set up right.
