I bought this 85" Neo QLed in December 2024. It works great, still trying to figure out all of my many channels. I had a problem when the volume control went haywire. I could not control the volume. I called Samsung and a gentlman walked me thru resetting the TV. Basically un plugged TV waited for a minute and it was fixed. Happened a second time, I just did the formentioned procedure and it was fixed.

I purchased this tv in December 2024 and so far it has been a great addition to my home. This large 85" tv was perfect for my living room space. It makes watching all the sporting events like basketball 🏀 and football 🏈 just that much more exciting! The picture is very clear with great color and the sound is good. I would buy again.

great tv. The only problem is that apps sometimes work and sometimes do not and there's no way to shutdown the app and restart it when it fails to work. It requires a full TV reboot to fix. FIX. YOUR. APPS! (in particular PRIME! never seems to work consistently).

The clarity, sharpness, color definition, and viewing angles, make this one of the best TVs ever. With or without my glasses, from over 15ft away. I am able to view menus, and selections quite clearly from a distance. Everything looks natural, especially people's faces. The graphics are so real looking, it almost looks 3D. Even without a sound bar, the sound is natural and easily follows movement. I had a 65" QN90, still do, actually. I replaced it with this 85" unit fir distance viewing. The venues are easy to use, and Samsung Plus is great. I gave up cable because it provides all the entertainment I need. From YouTube, Netflix, FreeVee, Hulu, the internet and device integration, there is little this unit cannot do well. Samsung TVs are built to last. Despite the price, I am so happy I bought this. It upscales shows not in HD into HD quality. The remote is easy to operate. I have multiple Samsung models in my home. All of them still perform well. Even the one I bought 20 years ago is still going strong. That is a testament to Samsung's commitment to quality and providing an exciting experience. It feels like you are driving a high end Sportscar and it will get your motor running. The QN90D does it all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The room the tv is in is very bright and always has sun coming in. There is no glare on the TV and I can see the screen from every angle. My nephew is constantly playing his ps5 on it due its enhanced features for gaming quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On a day-to-day basis (about 5-10 hours), I use this TV to stream TV shows and movies from a variety of streaming services, play games on my Switch and Xbox, watch videos on YouTube, and stream live videos. The videos and color hold up really well. Had this TV for a few years and have not noticed any burn ins or any lines on the TV. Best TV I've owned.

I love the apps display and all the features in the settings. I can’t believe the low price that I purchased this product for especially with the warranty that i received. Great product at a great price. More than I had hoped for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was suspecious about purchasing the TV in first place, due to the discount provided, and I was like wow, this is a great deal, so I did, unfortunately, the quality isn't as shown on the advertisment or the description. Samsung should do better and provide reality demos about the TV, not to keep the customer clueless and not aware that the TV won't even match QN85. that was an unfortunate purchase for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all... WOW! I absolutely love this TV. We replaced a Sony and we should have done it sooner. The colors POP! The apps just load faster, and there are more variety. We have DirecTV stream, and Samsung has that as an app. We didn't need a third party device. The remote is really cool and easy to use and rechargeable with usb-c charging and solar charging capabilities. 4k is also incredible on it. When we have guests over, sometimes we will put on a 4k youtube video on and everyone just gawks at our tv. We paid a little more for quality as we expect to have this for a long time. The build quality is solid, the sound is great, the picture is great, and the price makes it worth it. we are extremely happy with the purchase.
