well it should not be called a swing (IT DOES NOT MOVE). It does not stay on. The longest it stayed on is under a minute and I have to keep resetting it. The only thing it would be good for is to keep the bugs off of him if we take him outside. Terrible investment for the money. I should have gotten a real swing and it would paid $60 dollars less for a real swing that moves. VERY DISSAPOINTED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND . WAIST OF MONEY.

This is the best My baby loves it, she is 10 weeks 12.3 pounds and it swings perfect. What I really love is that I program it for 1 hour and it swing perfect till is time to turn off. We got it as a baby shower gift and I would say it is one of the best gifts we got. We started with 1 speed and now she is using it at 2 speed I love how the speeds work according to the number we put. I will say it is one of the best swings I have. And we did try other brands before with our first child.

I received this as a baby shower gift from my grandma but I got only the canopy and not the swing. I was so frustrated with this as she is old and she can't be running around to return or exchange. I reached out to Dream on me company customer service and they were very courteous. Sent me a new swing in a week. I am seeing a lot of bad reviews about the same thing. You guys should call them and get another swing like I did.

Just bought this for my grandson, and from the furst use he has loved it. Put him right to sleep and keeps him asleep. He doesn't like being put down, but with that swing, he'll go down and fall right asleep! Love it!

If i could give 0 stars I would’ve. They only sent me the mesh cover and not the swing. Waste of time and money. When I checked the website it now shows the product is out of stock. Now, I have to send back for a full refund. Great.

Love it easy to install come with remote and can put batteries or the plug this is the next to the mamaroo in my opinion
