I was surprised to get this chicken, with the pandemic going on. Chicken is good. Took it home and wrapped the pieces individually so that I didn’t have trouble getting the right number of pieces I needed. Only took me a few minutes and glad to know I have chicken available.

Big pieces, and short of cooking these at low heat for a long time, it seemed it was not very succulent. I understand frozen, but have tried better offerings. Pieces were Jumbo, unusual sight and wonder how much the actual chicken (s) weigh to deliver those pieces. 3.5 Stars.

These are high quality HUGE chicken breasts! I buy 2 bags every time because I also make enough for my dogs. Cooking 8 is enough for us (2 adults) to eat dinner and feed our dogs for dinner and have leftovers for lunch and dinner the next day for all of us again and still have a snack if not more than that leftover. I have made this chicken in every way possible and my favorite thing to do is just grab some straight out of the bag (from the freezer), put them in the crockpot or pan in water in the oven, cook for a couple hours or longer in crockpot and yummy. No need to thaw first, unless you are wanting to fry or grill it. This is delicious chicken

Purchased this bag of chicken before inspecting first. The chicken breast are very large and I was concerned they would taste chewy like other hormone fed large chicken breast. After thawing, I cut each one in half to make them smaller and they cooked up tasting great. I would have never purchased if I had looked at the size first. It's okay and I'll finish up the bag but what happened to regular size chicken breast.

I bought two packages of this to slice and dehydrate for my dog's home made treats. Normally I get 10# of boneless skinless chicken breast at a time from my grocery store, but thought this seemed like a less expensive price, per pound. Both times (using one of the two 10# bags each time) I found that when I got to the end of the chicken in the package, I had two empty trays of my dehydrator, where the grocery store purchases not only used all the trays I have to rearrange some to squeeze in all the chicken strips. Since each breast is covered in ice to prevent sticking together in the package, I suspect that the weight might have included the ice. Whatever the reason, I was left with a lot of liquid in the bag and less chicken to dehydrate. One plus was that there didn't seem to be an abundance of fat that needed to be trimmed, so most of the actual meat was usable and for that reason I would recommend it.

The pieces are huge!!! I throw these in the crockpot before work with whatever sauces/vegetables I have planned for dinner. It is always tender and delicious. I have also made pulled chicken for parties, and it is always a hit. I have always cooked these in a crockpot, so I'm not sure if they would turn out as good in a regular oven.

We pulled out a couple breasts to defrost a few days ahead of the day we planned to cook. The two pieces had some very slight freezer burn discoloration but the texture of the chicken was weird. You could see the puncture marks from the brine injection along both pieces, and it had a very squishy texture, missing the firm feeling that chicken should feel like. I am not sure if the brine was over injected and it literally made half the breast mushy ..... We cooked the breasts and they did remain somewhat weird, but now cooked and firmer. Several other breast pieces felt the same way. For a 10 lbs bag, the price was fabulous. Just can't get over the weird gelatinous like texture.

These are wonderful to have on hand for a quick supper or lunch. You can pop them in the oven or air fryer and have them on the table in less than an hour. They roast very well with a bit of olive oil and lemon pepper. I highly suggest cooking them in the air fryer. They get a nice crust and very moist!

We not a bag of these chicken breast every month. The quality is great and they are the perfect size. Great for so many uses. In other brands I usually have to use two more which is not very budget friendly. With these I can usually get away with using one and I can make a whole meal to feed my family. The pieces are a good size. I usually separate into gallon zip loc bags by placing 4 (4 for the size of my family) in each bag. Easier to grab and thaw out in the refrigerator. I’ve used 3 breasts to cut into nuggets or strips, 4 to make BBQ chicken in the crockpot and 3-4 will make a huge bowl of chicken salad for days. You can even cut these in half to make your own version of a popular chicken restaurant’s sandwich (hint: he ate his spinach to become stronger).
