I'll start by saying - I'm not someone that likes to work out. I would prefer to get my exercise walking, hiking, cycling, playing tennis, etc., but now that I am living in Florida "other" forms of exercise have become a challenge and now that I'm in my sixties, I feel some urgency to work on muscle tone. I also didn't want the hassle of going to a gym to a work out so I started researching at-home fitness machines. I am 6'-4" tall, so working height was a concern. My research led me to the Inspire M1 and Sam's had the best price. I will note, if you go to the Inspire web site, the M1 is discontinued. Not that it matters. The unit was delivered on a pallet in several boxes. Assembly takes time and it helps if you have experience assembling products from minimal instruction. Not sure if there are videos or additional resources for aiding assembly. So far, I am very pleased with the unit. I was concerned about working height, but for the most part, there are no limitations. There are a couple exercises where I need a lot of travel, so I might have to exercise one side at a time. The unit seems well constructed and quality made/materials, with a relatively compact footprint. Very happy with the purchase and most importantly, I use it.

It fits perfectly in my garage and I have more than enough room for my car and other items. I don’t need two of these but I would reccomended this to my friends.

I am really pleased with the quality of this machine. I have been using this item for over a month and I haven’t put in some really hard workouts. it is a gym quality piece of equipment at an affordable price. I also like the compact design as it fits well in my office.

This is the gym I’ve been looking for. It allows me to do both upper and lower body workouts in a very short period of time. It is a very quality machine. Everything feel sturdy, the seat and back pad is comfortable, and the pulleys feel industrial grade. I’m really pleased with this machine.

The M1 is everything I have been looking for in a home gym. I like that the unit has a fixed arm and leg station. The seat is very comfortable. The weights are easy to work everything. Very sturdy machine.

This is the perfect upper and lower body machine. Plenty of weight for me. Quality components. It was also easy to set up. Instruction manual was super helpful.

It looks minimal but you can do quite a bit with it. Doesn’t take up too much room either, which is always a bonus.

I love how functional it is while still being pretty small and compact. A lot of pulleys which is great for strength training.

Love the M1! It’s an all over workout that makes for a better workout!
