This box is built well. The only drawback is you cannot take it apart once it is together. A very important part is that you put the metal rails in before you start putting any pieces together. If you miss this step there's no way to take it apart and put those rails in. This is very sturdy and two people can sit on top of it.

I have bought 2 deck boxes from Sams Club. The 230 Gal one was great, so I bought the smaller one for our vacation house The 165-Gal box is flimsier. The lid tends to gap, and you can see daylight at the joints. It has kept the cushions dry even with these issues. I would not buy this again or recommend it to others.

Ordered this item to use for outdoor storage near our fire pit area. Once my husband got it put together we were both surprised by how large it actually was. When opened, the top stays up so that you don't have to worry about the lid dropping onto your hands while reaching inside. I noticed reviews from other folks complaining about water getting into the deck box; so I made it a point to check the inside ours after several days of relentless rain. No water inside the deck box, no drips to be seen; everything inside the box was dry. Expectations met! I'm very satisfied with this item. I higly recommend it.

This item arrived in a timely fashion, intact and soooo easy to put together!! A perfect fit for where I needed it to go (on a covered carport), perfect depth for me and the grandkids to reach in without falling in (hey for us shorties that is a real concern!!)!! I am so pleased with this purchase highly recommend this to everyone!!

I've purchased and assembled a lot of products made in China. While they do go together, the instructions are poorly written, the illustrations are low res, and they take a long time and complicated steps to assemble - all to fit in a smaller shipping container. The instructions for this deck box are clear and assembly was easy. I was finished in ten minutes from the time I cut open the shipping box.

Item came damaged from shipping and damaged parts came from factory. Called factory and they said replacement parts were unavailable and try back in 60 days. Don't waste your time with this company.

This was my 3rd box purchased and i was disappointed. It did not fit together well and as a result, when completed is not the same quality as the others. I would return, but too much work to have to disassemble, take back and rebuild.

It was broken right out the box took it back and they had one left and it was broken too got it on sale for $99 and now they got more in but they are $129 now

Bowed top lid is horrible. Contacted Keter to see if they could replace the top - no response. Guess I’ll have to try to load it up fully assembled to return it. It’s big so it will be a huge inconvenience.

Got it for packages to be delivered in . Works great we live at n the country it keeps the wind from blowing light stuff away and rain from getting things wet. We just screwed it to the porch for added security from the Kansas wind.
