I especially enjoy that these have vitamin C in them, and they aren't overwhelmingly sour tasting as most other vitamin C supplements taste to me. My kids also love these. The manuka honey ingredient in them taste so good in my opinion. I haven't had any problems taking these. I enjoy them greatly and will be adding them to our daily routine.

I have trouble swallowing pills so with these being gummies that's a HUGE plus! They taste great and do not have a nasty after taste. I would definitely recommend this product!

The elderberry and manuka honey work wonderfully together. You have to take 3 a day, which feels to be a bit much, seeing as the bottle only comes with 45 in it. If the daily amount was lower or the bottle count higher, I would love this product more. Just started taking them so not sure its helping but I have high hopes.
