I like the guumys better than having to swallow a pill every morning I eat 2 a day it says to take 3 but I do 2 a day. As we get older it's a great way to help with our health to take vitamins everyday.

The texture is perfect - not mushy or too chewy. It is easy on the teeth. I love all the health benefits of this gummy. The suggested serving size is 3 gummies which seems like a lot though. It would be great if that could be reduced down to two or one gummy and still have all the daily benefits.
