This is a poorly made flag. Threads all over and stitching doubled in some places, other skipped. I sent an email to Valley Forge company regarding the poor quality of this flag. They finally replied after weeks stating they are committed to our country and quality of their flags and "wanted to make it right." I replied back and it has been over a month with attempts for them to follow up and it fell upon deaf ears. IMO, Valley Forge Flag Company is not committed to the values of our country, nor do they care about its customers and choose instead to misrepresent the truth to those who express dissatisfaction over the quality of their American Flags. I ended up returning the item and although Valley Forge claims to care, their actions spoke louder then their words..

Purchased just two weeks ago and already fraying and the seams are coming apart. The swivels bind up and cause the flag to wrap itself around the pole when the wind blows. The pole and mount are durable and that's why I gave two stars.

I wanted to like this flag, but did not. It continued to get tangled in the wind. We tried everything to fix it, but still didn't work. Frustrating.
