[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The guards do a good job of absorbing the small amount of leakage that I experience. It fits well in my boxer briefs and is comfortable. You can't tell I have it in there and helps with odor as well.

I think these are the best men's maxi-pads. I have serious continence challenges from prostate surgery. These pads do a good job of avoiding leaks when they are heavily loaded. They do this better than any other pad I can find.
