We took two flights in a day and I thought I was just feeling the effects of that. Boy was I wrong. Come to find out I was experiencing side effects of my Crohn's disease that had decided to flare up. Ended up having surgery on my leg and having a seton drain put in. Fast forward to today and that one has become three. So now I have three times the drainage as before. And using these pads has helped me tremendously. I'll spare you the details and pictures but they have helped me try and keep my clothes, and bed, and couches, and car seats clean.

The material is soft and does not seem to be irritating on the skin so I believe they would be comfortable for prolonged wear. Adhesive backing is pretty strong and would adhere for all day hold. This is not meant to hold a full bladder but it can help if accidents happened while trying to make it or slight incontinence.

It's so big that it wraps under the legs and causes some friction issues. It does stick well to underwear though. It comes in a large pack that isn't too expensive so it's a good value for the spend.
