With prostate issues it's hard to empty the bladder completely Don't use them on boxer briefs they don't work right. I am using them to keep me cleaner and more hygienic over all its good quality and absorption is great.

My Dad has Alzheimers and being his caregiver, I am always looking for effective incontinence products. These guards work great. You just stick them in the underwear or a pair of incontinence underwear as extra protection. They work really well to help for overnights.

Personally, I prefer wearing them in regular underwear rather than boxer shorts. The sticky side stayed firmly in place and provided a comfortable fit. Absorption was satisfactory without leakage and I didn't notice odor.

Doesn't have a scent to it so I'm not sure how it would help much with controlling odor . And the absorbency of sweat is very good

We had to use them for a brief illness and the person was bedbound, but on recovery keep a pkg in the closet "just in case fors comfortable bedt value for the money
