There's no outline on my pants either even when used. They hold a decent amount of urine and reduce the smell so you don't reek of urine when going about your day. They also have nice stand up guards on the sides to help keep urinary incontinence in. I feel these are best suited for people who have minor gushes, they seem to hold about a cup of liquid at max although I'd say 1/2 a cup before it becomes potentially unreliable but definitely a fair amount. I'd go through about 3 of these a day if I relied on them 24/7.

I also have diabetes which means drinking lots of water and frequent trips to the bathroom. Sometimes I have accidents trying to hold it on my drive or on my way to the bathroom inside the station.
