This isn't a problem I expected in my old age, but this is a doable solution. I've tried other brands, but none seem as reliable. It truly helps with my job! The material is soft and does not seem to be irritating on the skin so I believe they would be comfortable for prolonged wear. Adhesive backing is pretty strong and would adhere for all day hold. This is not meant to hold a full bladder but it can help if accidents happened while trying to make it or slight incontinence.

There is a somewhat sticky side to the pads so they don't move around in your undies. It could stand to be stickier, as it didn't feel very secure in there. It took some adjustments to get the placement just right, too. They seem to be adequately absorbent, and the inside wall felt dry after using it. But the liquid seems to have sunk down to the bottom of the pad, accumulating there. Not very pleasant. But is it better than the alternative (no pad)? I would say so. 🤷🏻‍♂️
