According to their study, they found that these pads were a little oversized yet comfortable. It does give a discreetness, but the wearer found that he felt it could be seen as far as Leak proof it definitely does the job.

He has had less accidents, I've notice minimal urine smell he sometimes gets and he seems to be walking normal which I have noticed using other brands they seem to affect him and is irritated by end of day. You can't even tell he is wearing them unlike a full depend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The absorbancy seems ok but seems a little bulky and doesn't conform to body well enough so seems a bit awkward. The outer layer of material that is against the skin left skin feeling a bit chapped.

I feel like the discreetness could have been a little better. Odor control was lacking a bit. Overall, good product and would recommended.

The are comfortable and stop leaks and stops the odor. Definitely worth every penny. If you're having a slow leak this is what you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend finally agreed to try these out only after having to make him an expensive steak dinner. I was so happy but unfortunately he would not let me take any pictures of him while using them. He thought they were bulky and uncomfortable. So he first tried them at night to get used to them. Since he wakes up a couple times a night to use the bathroom he was pleasantly surprised as to how absorbent the guards were and he didn't have to change his briefs before coming back to bed. For the next few days he was reluctant on using the Depend For Men Guards because of how bulky they are and because he wears his jeans kind of tight. However, after he checked himself out in the mirror he was okay testing them out for the day. At the end of the day while he is running through the door needing to use the bathroom so badly and not being able to unzip his pants, he was then glad he did use the Depend Guards. He thinks he is too young to use them full time but he sured liked staying dry.

He found the product to work well in absorbing leaks and staying in place. We live in a very hot climate though and it is a bit bulky for the coming heat.
