It neutralizes odors well, but low on comfort and fit. I would rather wear a full blown diaper instead of constantly having to adjust the pad. The struggle we deal with is that most pads don't stay in one spot, or don't catch all the leakage. I am so glad we got such a large pack because these pads fit well and hold a lot of liquid.
