He said it absorbs better than the budget brand. He did mention that it was a little more bulky but not overly noticeable. He said he does feel more confident going out with these guards without feeling worried about having a soak through issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this a 10/10 the product is not a full diaper which gives younger men the comfort of not having to feel uncomfortable but it is very absorbent and it is worth purchasing if you have issues with not being able to make it to the bathroom weather it be during the day or at night.

I love that these pads are hypoallergenic to keep his skin, which is delicate, happy, and healthy. They are super-absorbent, and they instantly lock in moisture and odor for freshness. I love too that they have leak guards to prevent unwanted leaks.

The absorbency was much better than expected, alone with the odor control. I thought they were very easy to conceal while wearing as well. The fit was pretty spot on surprisingly, which made it fairly comfortable. All in all, if you need these, I think they're worth buying.

There are 52 pads that are individually wrapped so they can be passed to several patients and makes it sanitary. I'm sure it will make patients feel more comfortable about bladder leakage and odor but not feel as good as wearing just underwear. Still, it would beat sitting in wetness.

They truly do absorb and hold a great amount of liquid and fit well in one's underwear. I use them for that time of the month, and I gave my grandpa the rest to try out!

The guards stops leaks, but the 6 glue strips are to short in the front at the top. They let the guard roll down and leave you unprotected. You need to shorten them at the bottom about 1/2" and lengthen then at the top at least 1/2". They worked good until you changed them to 6 glue strips.

He was a bit embarrassed to need these but once he tried them, he realized they weren't that bad. He was pleased with how absorbent they were. He only needed to wear 1 a day.
