Good product but find using Poise Overnite Pads work better for my incontinent husband...........wish they were larger.

Great adhesive on the back, stays in place with no problems. Very absorbent. Very happy with this product.

Haven't been used yet. Didn't notice any strong smell, tiny bit lighter in thickness. Don't see as a problem.
