[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start this off by saying that I've been using products like this for a year or so now. The newest version of Depend Real Fit have improved on absorbency, however the fabric on the newest ones are much too weak and seem to stretch out and become loose too quickly. When that happens you tend to get leaks around the legs. Also, this product could be greatly improved with the addition of leak guards and extending the absorbent pad further up the back of the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought this for my uncle after he had a stroke & left paralyzed waist down. He said it’s comfortable, he loves the fit, & the durability. He also noted there’s no odor or any leakage. This has been a huge help for my aunt/his wife as well.

My father won't wear anything else. The cheaper white brands he says are for women. We don't call these "depends" but call them " pull ups." (Even though pull ups is a brand for children) When he talks about them, he doesn't feel like he's wearing them for incontinence. They even look like men's underwear. He feels better for wearing them and when he's happy, I'm happy.

They looked more like real underwear and we're very comfortable. The waistband was breathable. Not tight fitting and constricted. I also like that there was a choice of colors. That made them more realistic. I would definitely recommend this depend product.

I just wish they would have a little more protection (padding) in the back as well as the front. Other than that these Depends are a great product and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a little protection.

I have issues on and off with wetting at night and dripping in the day. I would occasionally wear Depends to bed, but recently I have switched to using Depend Real Fit as my primary choice in underwear. I find them to more comfortable then the typical briefs or boxer briefs that I used to wear and I now longer have to worry about an embarrassing wet spot on my pants while leaving a restroom. Since they look like regular briefs from a distance, I have not had any strange looks in the locker room at my gym. I am in my early thirties, so it is a bit weird to have already started using depends, but the switch has been worth it. Being a newlywed, this might be a concern, but my wife has been supportive and it hasn't been an issue. I would highly recommend to anyone, but it is not the sort of thing that you would typically bring up. I am sure that it would make many men's, including younger ones, lives better if they were willing to give these a try.

This product is terrible! I don't know why it has such high reviews. The first day I tried this I thought it would be great. It is comfortable and discreet but... I am a size 27-28 waist, and its just too big and loose. I had a few accidents the first day I wore them out and it held up ok however after my third accident it went downhill. It leaked all over my pants, my shirt and my seat!!!!! I was utterly humiliated and mortified by this! I had to sit in soaking wet,urine covered pants and a soaked seat for nearly an hour before I could change. Then I had to walk by all these people who were staring and obviously noticed. Now I am stuck with an entire box of garbage depends! If you are a moderate or heavy wetter this product is not for you. The back doesn't come up high enough and the sides are very low. Years of bad memories resurfaced after this mishap and I am very very upset! Totally misleading all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit on these Depend Briefs is dangerous! Seriously, they fit so well that sometimes I forget I have them on, they're so soft and comfortable. Another thing is that they absorb fluids well and they last significantly longer than the usual brand I buy. I would recommend these lightweight man pads any day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose size S-M but it ran small. This pad is horrible it just leaks out on the side does not even last for 2 hours. He told me they felt uncomfortable when he wore them. I thought maybe they didn't fit right.
