Of all the brands I tested, Real-Fit was the most comfortable and had the fewest problems with leakage. To deal with any leakage I put a liner from NorthShore in the Real-Fit. No more leakage. Very comfortable and no give away that I was wearing them. If you need to do this, I highly recommend Real-Fit and if needed with a NorthShore liner.

Well...if you have to wear them...these are the most like regular underwear. They're quite comfortable and don't get sweaty like "diapers". These are made with something more like "material" than "plastic". The elastic in the legs also fits snuggly without cutting off circulation or leaving marks on the skin.

These fit better than any other brand of incontinence briefs, They are great for liquids but not for feces, Perhaps they were not made for feces issues? Anyway, a great product and glad they are available via ordering on line, Ordering on line is a total nightmare. So many mistakes made , language barriars were horendous.

Just received my box of Depends today. But, have used Depends in the past and highly recommend them to others. I also just got a new medication and it really hasn't had time to kick in, this should hopefully, get me out of having to use Depends. Wal Mart had the best price after looking on the internet.

I'm very happy with the quality of service and pricing from Walmart, but very unhappy with the delivery service. Walmart uses Fed Ex,and doesn't require a signature.At two different times Fed Ex has left very large packages in front of the building. If I was not notified by neighbors ,I wouldn't have known that the package was delivered. I'm 68 years old and had to pick up these large packages myself, which defeats the purpose. I do it because I can't carry heavy things or large packages. I won't be purchasing from on line sites unless I'm assured that the delivery wll be to my door.

Husband loves the security these give him. Easy to use, no telltale signs showing he is wearing them, and takes care of any leaking. Very good product. My only complaint would be the one and only time he forgot and tossed in the washer. I didn't catch the mistake. It was a bit of a mess to clean up, but not the big job I thought I faced. Some paper towels to scoop out the residue, and all was good.

Having a grandson with medical needs at the age of 11 , it is hard to find a great fit, this has been the best. And It would be better if they did not cost as much as they do ,because we use a lot, but Walmart is still cheaper than other places and the shipping to the house was convienant.

New shipment of Depends Real Fit is falling apart at the seams. Never had this problem before. Last 5 pairs ripped from waistband down side seam and were unwearable. These are too costly to have to throw out several pairs and put another new pair on. Will be calling the company shortly!!

My husband has used these Real Fit for quite a while and appreciates the way they feel like real underwear, and I appreciate the price I got on these at Walmart. Free shipping to home was a much appreciated bonus. I will continue buying Real Fit from Walmart.....

Real Fit by Depend is a superior product compared to Flex fit or generic options. It is well worth the extra cost. The main difference is the way the fabric is constructed. It much more closely resembles cloth, as a much tighter weave, and less tendency to bunch over Flex Fit fabric. They fit much more comfortably, have a top band for security, but when soiled still come apart at the thigh where expected. The comfort makes me forget that they are not regular cotton briefs. The blue color is more attractive that the standard grey. Real fit also come in a black or dark gray option. I've switched to Real fit, and I encourage you to give them a try.
