[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Underwear with the protection of a diaper, crazy stuff but I tested one of the pair with some water and it was absorbed before it could leak past the underwear. It has a pleasant smell when first removed from the pack and when testing the elasticity, it felt extremely strong. I have no doubts that it can last a very long time before needing to be either replaced or thrown away. Based on the design, it does look like it is meant to be used as regular underwear until you deal with an accidental number one or two - this I haven’t tested but based on the water test, it does seem like it would prevent any damage to pants or anything you may be wearing underneath the Depend underwear. The only reason it doesn’t receive a 5 is because I am a little heavier, and they felt a little tight based on the sizing, but overall comfortable.

I wanted to try this version of Depend Briefs for my Father, who suffers from health Issues and and not able to go to the bathroom like a normal most times. They feel as though their quite comfortable and won't chafe or Irritate the skin as some brands tend to do. Their easy to put on my Father for him to wear and he hasn't complained about any problems from wearing the briefs. The absorbency of these briefs are unreal! Not once, while my Father has worn these, has their been any leaks and not even a smell of any odors. I was Impressed with this as this has been Issue with some other brands I tried that turned out not being sturdy enough or would easily reek with odor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found that my waist is the area between S/M and L/XL at 38-40. I have tried both and found the L/XL to stretch over time and become baggy. The S/M go on a little tight but again they stretch over time and fit me a lot better. I have always had a low waist (all the low waisted jeans from the late 60's and 70's) and the S/M have a smaller crotch area thus fitting me better. So if you fall into this category try both sizes and make your own decision. I hope this will help you in choosing the correct fit for you.
