Worked well. only a 4 star because price is too high for everyday usage.

They Didn't fit; L/XL wasn't true.  Fit was more for 38-44 not 54.  Wish I could return them.

I did not like the protective  stretchy plastic barrier that suppose to keep any overflow leaks from getting on my clothes.
Its a must when you have incontinence. However, for me I broke out multiple  times from the plastic barrier causing extreme rubbing which caused chafing, infections and discomfort. Had to visit emergecy for the lacerations between my groins and my primary Doctor also to get medicine and ointment.
I do not recommend this product if you are tall and active.

My son is 40 yrs old with MS and this is the only product he wants to wear due to the fact it fits and looks like underwear and that is a vain issue with him being confined to a wheelchair during the day gives him confidence knowing he has a good product on
