The manufacturer made recent changes to the product which reduced the over quality of the item, though it still provides adequate protection. I requested the "Blue" colored diapers to be brought back, though they were discontinued.

These are by far the most comfortable briefs I’ve worn after my surgery. I tried another brand and they sagged. These do not at all, they fit well. And absorb very well too. I highly recommend these to any men who may need them.
