[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adequate absorption. They're very stretchy I'm sure most people could wear these. They're fairly comfortable. It smells like pee so change often. They're pretty strong also.

I ordered this because I tend to drip a little after I use the bathroom. Well with this I feel like I'm wearing a diaper. I'd rather drip in my boxer shorts. Uncomfortable that it feels like I was wearing a jock strap. Private area gets very warm..
