My husband is now using your RealFit size L/XL. They have made life so much easier! However, he weighs in at 181 lbs. and these just fit. Wondering how these could possibly accommodate a larger/heavier man? What to do if he gains weight??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has good absorbency, comfortable fit, is a little itchy as mesh texture on the edge changes. Odor control is good. Durability is good and it can stretch big.

This hybrid size L/XL is not efficient as it allows urine to escape from the sides. Don't know why but it doesn't happen with XL that I always buy. this was the only choice available on line. Glad that I only bought one.

The descriptions staes the underwear will fit up to a 64" wiast I am a 48". The underwear is small and does not come up the back comfortably. Beware of the sizing description.
